Lynn Zarcone

Owner
Lynn is no stranger to the food industry. He grew up in a family owned company that had a catering hall, snack bar, and large vending business. He bartended through college as well as working in restaurants in various functions. While living in Delaware he was a chef at the famous Hotel Dupont all the while working on his MBA and in the plastics industry. Lynn has been the CEO & President of public companies, private equity, and family owned companies. In earlier years he was in technical roles, sales, and business development positions. Excited to achieve his dream of owning a restaurant, Lynn will be involved with day to day operations, staffing, advertising, PR, and will be present most everyday Timber Lodge is open. You’ll see him cooking, serving, expediting, and hosting on a regular basis. A real “foodie” Lynn has always loved the hospitality industry and boasts a fine wine cellar at home.

Lynsey Curren

Front of House Manager
Born and raised in the North West of England, Lynsey’s love of the Hospitality industry blossomed at only 14 years old working in the local pub. Following college degrees in Hospitality Management she moved to America in 1997. After a wonderful time at St. Michaels Crab & Steak House on Maryland's Eastern Shore, Lynsey managed a luxurious Bed & Breakfast then opened a Spa in a large waterfront resort. He daughter Hannah, was born in 2009 and they moved to Cleveland in 2012 where she joined the team at Timber Lodge. Lynsey’s love for wine has brought a wide range of wine events to the restaurant and she started her journey with the Court of Master Sommeliers where she has passed their introductory Course.

Perry Gattuso

Assistant Manager
Perry came to us here at Timber Lodge in 2015 bringing with him a lifetime of hospitality knowledge.  He started his professional career owning his first business, which was an Akron landmark tavern dating back to the year prohibition ended.  After eighteen years the decision was made to sell and look for new possibilities.  Landing a management position with Portage Country Club and eventually Fairlawn Country Club Perry enjoyed and eight year run overseeing catered events.  This involved hundreds of weddings, family gatherings and numerous golf outings.  Having the opportunity to open a restaurant from the ground up for clients the decision was made to make a new move.  Once the project was completed and turned over it was again time for a change.  This time looking for a position of support for something existing but looking for growth, he found Timber Lodge.  Ron and Lynsey welcomed him with open arms and they have all, as a team, taken Timber Lodge to greater heights.

Ray Gypp

Chef
When Chef Ray is enjoying a rare day off with his family, he’s often cooking with his son Alex who is 8 years old and daughter Libby who is 12. At home some of the favorite dishes prepared for Ray’s family include, Stuffed Cabbage, Hamburgers & Steaks. Ray loves to travel and likes to fit in as many quick trips to Las Vegas as he can amongst the many Boy Scout Camping trips with his son.
