We are currently seeking enthusiastic, passionate, creative people to join our team. We are open 7 days a week. Monday through Saturday we open at 4:00. On Sunday’s we open at 3:00. DISHWASHER
Responsibilities
· Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
· Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
· Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
· Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
· Empty trash containers regularly
· Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
· Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
· Clean food prep stations and equipment
LINE COOK
We are looking for a line cook to join our team and carry us into the future. You will learn our recipes and prepare high-quality dishes. You will be able to work at all stations as needed on busy nights.
You should be familiar with food safety and sanitation regulations. Experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients is a plus.
Responsibilities
· Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu while following our proven recipes
· Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and follow all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen
· Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards
· Work with team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed
· Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule provided by the restaurant
· Rotate through all our stations that include grill, sauté, fry, and expediting.
Requirements
· Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
· Eager and to learn our recipes and service style
· High school diploma/GED required
· No criminal record
· Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
· High level of professionalism
· Ability to handle a high-pressure kitchen environment
· Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
· Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
RUNNERS
· Garnish dishes if needed
· Carry plates to guests in the dinning room
· Help retrieve additional items for guest if needed
· Clear dishes, utensils, and glasses that guests are done with if needed, only when delivering food
· Have a pleasant demeanor and smile
BUSSERS
· Clear dishes, utensils, and glasses guests are done with
· Completely clear table of items when guests leave
· Clean, prepare and set up tables for next guest
· Empty busser trays in the dish area and put all items in proper location for cleaning
· Empty trash as needed and bring to outside dumpsters when necessary
· Work fast and effectively like a pit crew to turn tables quickly
